1. Custom Orders

All items are custom-made to order. Because each piece is made especially for you, all sales are final. 

2. Returns & Issues 

 

No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at nkiasi@icloud.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and may offer a complimentary replacement or discount at our discretion.

3. Order Details

 

Please double-check your size, color, and shipping information before checkout. We are not responsible for errors entered by the customers.

 

4. Product Variation
Small differences in colour or fit may occur due to custom production and screen display settings.

5. Shipping

Delivery times vary. NS DESIGNS is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
