All NS DESIGNS items are custom-made just for you, so every piece is unique,  because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind. Please double-check your size, colour, and shipping details before placing your order, as we craft each piece specifically based on what you request.

Sometimes, due to the handmade nature of our items or screen display variations, there may be minor differences in colour or fit - these are normal and part of the custom-made process.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at nkiasi@icloud.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or videos showing the issue. Our team will carefully review the situation and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement, repair, or discount depending on the circumstances.
